Returns 1 when the specified ModelEngine animation is playing
A fact that indicates whether a BtcMobs NPC is currently playing a specific ModelEngine animation. ## Usage Use this fact to synchronise dialogue, cinematics or scripted behaviours with ModelEngine animations. ## Value range * 1 when ModelEngine is available and the specified animation is playing. * 0 when the animation is not active, the mob cannot be found, or ModelEngine is unavailable.
