How to use it
Sends notVotedMessage if the player has not voted in definition, or alreadyVotedMessage if they have. An empty message sends nothing. Put it at the start of a sequence to remind players who already voted, or to invite the others to vote. Both texts are MiniMessage (<green>You already voted</green>) and their placeholders are resolved before they are shown.
