On Btcmob Skill
When a BTCMob casts a skill.
The BTCMob Skill Event is triggered when a BTCMob casts a skill. ## How could this be used? Play a warning cue or camera shake when a boss casts a telegraphed skill, so nearby players can react. Since skill casts aren't tied to a single player, this triggers for every online player within [radius] blocks of the caster.
